We Shape Spaces
Through MaterialsWe Shape Spaces Through Materials
We bring material, form and craftsmanship together to create architectural elements that belong in each space. We believe material is more than a surface. It defines how a space feels, functions and ages. LAVA CASA brings material, form and craftsmanship together to create architectural elements designed to belong within the spaces they inhabit.
Our Process

01
Material Selection
We bring stone, tile and surface samples on-site so their texture and tone can be judged in real light.Every project begins with material. We source stone, tile, and surface options that suit the character of the space, then bring physical samples on-site so texture, tone, and veining can be judged in real light before any decision is made.

02
Design
Our designers shape counters, cabinetry and fixtures around each space, balancing proportion and function. Our designers translate the chosen materials into considered forms: counters, cabinetry, and fixtures drawn to the exact dimensions of the space, balancing proportion and function long before fabrication begins.

03
Manufacture
Each piece is finished in our Al Quoz workshop and checked against its original sample. Each piece is cut, shaped, and finished in our Al Quoz workshop. Seams are minimised, edges are hand-detailed, and every surface is checked against the original sample before it leaves the floor.

04
Installation
Our team fits and seals each piece on-site, finishing the joints by hand. Our own installation team fits and seals every piece on-site, protecting surrounding surfaces and finishing joints by hand so the material reads as part of the architecture, not an addition to it.
Material Is Architecture.
Material shapes a space’s proportion, texture, function and experience. We don't see material as a finish applied to a space. We see it as part of the architecture, shaping proportion, texture, function and experience.
