You may browse the LAVA CASA website and use its product, wishlist, consultation, and enquiry features for lawful purposes. Please give accurate information when you contact us or place an order. Do not interfere with the site, seek unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, finishes, and availability accurately. Photographs, renders, screen colours, and samples may differ from the finished item because of lighting, display settings, natural material variation, or manufacturing tolerances. Please confirm any detail essential to your decision before approving an order.

Room images and suggested combinations are for inspiration unless the written quotation specifically includes the pictured items and work.

Adding an item to an enquiry, submitting a consultation form, or sharing a wishlist does not place an order or reserve stock. We will confirm the scope, specifications, quantity, price, delivery or installation needs, and lead time in a quotation or at checkout. A quotation may have its own validity period and project-specific conditions.

An order becomes binding when we accept it in writing or through an order confirmation, subject to the payment terms stated there. If online checkout is available, the final amount and applicable charges are shown before payment. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you about an alternative or refund payment for the unfulfilled part.

For made-to-order products and design projects, your approved quotation, drawings, measurements, finish selections, and written order confirmation define what we will supply. Please review them carefully. Changes after approval may affect price or timing and require our written acceptance. We will agree responsibility for site measurements, access, utilities, or preparation before work begins.

Prices are subject to the currency, taxes, delivery, installation, and payment details shown with them or in your quotation. Any deposit, balance, or staged payment will be identified before you commit. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order; if an accepted order is affected, we will contact you to agree a fair resolution.

Delivery areas, charges, estimated dates, and installation services are confirmed for each order. Lead times are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly agreed in writing. We will tell you about a material delay and discuss the available options. Please let us know about access restrictions and check delivered goods as soon as reasonably possible. Report visible damage or missing items promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Contact us if you need to change or cancel an order or report a problem. Available options depend on the item, its production stage, your written order terms, and applicable consumer law. We will explain agreed charges or non-recoverable custom work when considering a requested change. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods will be addressed under applicable law, including repair, replacement, or refund when required. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.

The warranty period, what is covered and who provides the warranty depend on the product. The applicable manufacturer or LAVA CASA warranty will be identified in the product information or written order documents. Please keep those documents and your proof of purchase.

If a fault appears, contact us with the order reference, a description and clear photographs. We will review the issue and explain the available assessment and remedy. Warranty cover generally concerns faults in materials or workmanship under normal use; damage from misuse, unsuitable cleaning, unauthorised alteration or incorrect installation may be excluded where the applicable warranty says so.

Follow any product-specific installation and care instructions supplied with your order. A separate warranty does not reduce rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

The website design, text, imagery, and branding belong to LAVA CASA or its licensors. You may use them to evaluate our products and services, but may not reproduce them commercially without permission. Third-party services, including payment and social platforms, may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are responsible for accepted orders under their agreed terms and applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but will keep you informed and work toward a practical solution. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by law.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
