A practical guide to the steps between confirming your order and receiving it.
Before your order is confirmed
Delivery availability, the destination, estimated timing and any charges are confirmed in your written quotation or order summary. Please check the address, contact number, dimensions and access details before approving it.
Preparing for delivery
We will contact you when an order is ready to arrange the next steps. For large or fragile pieces, please tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow entrances, building rules and preferred receiving hours in advance. Installation is included only when specified in the agreed order.
Timing and updates
Dispatch and arrival dates depend on the item and destination. Any date given before confirmation is an estimate unless we agree a fixed date in writing. If the expected timing changes, we will share an updated estimate and discuss the available options.
When your order arrives
Please check the packaging and goods as soon as reasonably possible. If anything looks damaged, incomplete or different from the order, keep the packaging and contact us with your order reference and photographs so we can investigate.
